From the start, Caravan was really easy to work with. I talked mostly to Salman who helped me through each step of the process of getting signed and getting to Nepal. I had never done anything like this before, climbing a peak, and they were very helpful in directing me to what I needed to get and do before arriving.

I ended up being the only one on my trip, but it was great. I summited Mera Peak (6400+ meters) which I had my doubts on doing since I was coming directly from sea level, but was able to do it with no major problems!

It was a great experience, the guides were amazing, the trip was amazing! I can’t say enough good things, I’m already looking to go back and do anther trip!

I and my wife decided to do the Annapurna trek on October, when the weather is really good. As this is the only time I could manage to spend holiday traveling, I chose to talk to Salman. He had been a great help since Day I.
The trip was well organized and he catered our specific needs. An experience guide, well facilitated rooms and attached bathroom were great. The trip went well than I though and without much difficulty.

A Life Saver Trip to Annapurna

★★★★★

I’m glad that I did Annapurna trek last July/August. I actually signed up for Everest trek, but the non-stop rainfall for 5 days wrecked my plan for good. Annapurna was an option, which came true after I failed to go to Everest. The trek is fun and really exciting. The weather was fine, and my guide helped me a lot during the trek.
He’s very professional and an talk to anyone with ease.

Great tour and very professional service!

★★★★★

We did the Everest Base Camp trek and had a really good experience with Caravan Outdoors. The company was very responsive to emails before our arrival, and airport pickup, transfer to hotel, and briefing were very smooth. The trek itself was beautiful and our guide was very knowledgable and seemed to know everyone in the area! When I had problems with altitude sickness, our guide very efficiently helped to arrange a medical evacuation to a good hospital in Kathmandu. Overall a great experience!

I completed the Everest base camp three passes trek in March-April. It was my third time trekking in Nepal solo, and first time with Caravan Outdoors. It has been a great experience. My guide Khem and porter Dhurba have been excellent companions during the trek. Caravan has made things really easy from the very beginning, not only during the trek but also during my staying in Kathmandu. I am really grateful for this awesome experience.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek

★★★★★

We completed the 11 day Annapurna base camp trek. It was our first time to Nepal and I am glad we booked our trek through Caravan Outdoors. They took care of everything (airport pick up, accommodations, park pass, etc..) there was no thinking required on our part. It was fantastic! Our guide and porter were very nice and answered any questions we had. Our guide made sure we beat the weather every night and we made it to our lodge before the rain started. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a trek in Nepal. We will definitely be back. 🙂

Exceptional Service

★★★★★

I did a private Everest Base Camp in mid January with Caravan Outdoors and I had a blast. My tour guide Bale was very knowledgeable about the Everest Base Camp region, the culture and was very down to earth which allowed me to experience the Nepalese culture and communicate with locals. The tour delivered more than just a trek. Caravan Outdoors caters for the different needs and interests of its clients and made sure I was comfortable and catered for despite my food intolerances. I thoroughly enjoyed my journey with Caravan Outdoors and have and will continue to recommend their services to my friends and family.

Being an honor to visit Nepal. One of my dream destinations. Looking directly the top of Everest was a dream that i have since 4 years ago. Caravan Outdoors very meaningful for me. Best price with maximum service that I can. Although in a very short trip, only 5 days in Nepal, I pursue the path trekking towards Namche Bazaar then Everest View Point at 3840 above sea level.

Caravan Outdoors is a partner who really helped me achieve this dream. Best wishes on the occasion of 1-2 years can get back together with Caravan Outdoors to reach Everest Basecamp.

Thrilling Manaslu Trek

★★★★★

My boyfriend Kushala & me wanted to visit once in the birth place of Lord Buddha, Nepal. Finally we made the trip in last November by Caravan Outdoors. My south Indian friend Dev Balaji , from Chennai recommend Gautama and this company for the Outdoor Activities. We took 15 days Manaslu Trekking with guide Shiva and Porter Raju. The trail was just recovered from the earthquake and we were some how lucky to the be there near the Epicentre.

Trails along with Buri Gandagi River is gorgeous. The Birendra Lake in the Manaslu Base Camp, Samagaou is very beautiful. we spent 2 days there for the acclimatisation. The Larkya -la pass, over 5100M was our ultimate point of that trail. we crossed it safely and from the Bahundada, we drove back to Kathmandu. Guide Shiva is very good person, knows everything about the mountains, trails. Thank you very much Guatama for the superb memorable arrangements.

Buddhist Circuit Tour

★★★★★

We were 8 people flew to Nepal on 06th November. Our mission was to visit many Buddhist Monasteries and temple as well the birth place of Lord Buddha- Lumbini. My dad suggested a company Caravan outdoors for this trip. Yes, we had taken the Buddhist circuit trip in Nepal by this company. We spent just 2 days near Kathmandu, Boudhanath Stupa, which has just renovated after the last year terrible earthquake. Then we visited Swoyambhu, White Gumba & Tserten Monastery. Our tour guide Rajan was so knowledgeable and helpful. We also visited Lumbini, where we mostly liked to visit. We were so happy to got a chance to be there. Although, the roadways was not good. It took very long time to reach there. We prayed there, did short time meditation. After 2 days trip, we back to Kathmandu. It was our very memorable trip. Thank you Caravan & the manager!!

Nagarkot Hike

★★★★★

We had an amazing time with Mr. Wagle while hiking around Nagarkot. I was welcomed at the airport upon arrival regardless of my flight delay. A lovely couple from UK had been part of my tour. My tour manager Gautam Wagle was an excellent host. He took care of us without us needing to do much except hike. If you are planning to go Nepal , I would strongly recommend this company as I would definitely have them as my first priority next when I visit Nepal even with a group of friends.

A difficult yet exciting trek at the Everest

★★★★★

Everest is a beautiful place, and I had to see it through my eyes. I really liked how the bustling place it was. Sherpas in the region are like most amazing people, they help you, feed you and do chores for you.

I’m satisfied with how Caravan Outdoors managed to pull this trip off. The flights to Lukla weren’t going for days, but they managed to send me. thank you for your service.

A Day tour was perfect

★★★★★

I wished to explore Kathmandu city. I have heard and read a lot about it, therefore, wanting to see it for myself. During my trip to Nepal, I signed up for a day tour with Caravan Outdoors, and I mus say, they did provide a thorough tour of the city. I wish I had stayed more to see more of Kathmandu, but I had to leave early. A short but sweet tour.

A mesmerizing and inspiring holy tour

★★★★★

The Kathmandu in February can still be cold. I had to carry double layers of clothing. You helped me find a short trip to spend a quality time in Nepal. Few days on the road and a holy tour of Muktinath temple was gold! The entire trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara to Jomsom was amazing. Once you get off the plane you jump into a jeep and the whole bandwagon begins.

I found Muktinath to be tranquilizing. The old temple, countless stone taps, pilgrims bathing in the cold water was truly inspiring. I’d love to go on a longer trip with you guys the next time I visit Nepal.

Had fun with friends

★★★★★

Annapurna is the best place on Earth. The route and scenery are breath-taking. The way leading from Machhapuchhre to Annapurna base camp is the best.

I had fun with my friends. The guide is the best! He helped us throughout the trip. I’d suggest you to take Diamox to help prevent altitude sickness. It’s really hard to breath when you reach at the top. All in all a great experience.
